Info shipments

Delivery takes place over 1-6 working days, shipping costs are calculated during the order.

Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. This service, however, is not available for all orders. You will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchasing page.

The orders made are normally shipped the working day following that of the order. Shipments within the EU may take over 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.
The orders that are shipped with a tracking number tend to arrive with greater speed. As soon as the neck is delivered to the courier you will receive a tracking number that will provide you details on the delivery situation.

Obligations against the consumer
The shipping costs are charged to the consumer for the return of the products received which must be shipped within fourteen days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract (the deadline is respected if the consumer comply with the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days).
The substantial integrity of the asset is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The product must therefore be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, fully functional and without signs of wear or dirt.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this term the customer must communicate to the will to withdraw from the contract

Exclusion of responsibility

1. The main objective is to ensure that the order arrives at their destination as soon as possible. However, customers and/or recipients take responsibility, at the time of purchase, of the products received and the delivery details provided (always check that they are correct).

2. It is not possible to take any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or the recipient, in terms of non -refundable transport costs and/or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of this.

3. In the event that you receive an incorrect, damaged or non -compliant article, we invite you to contact us by telephone or by email within three days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its content.

4. In case you refuse an order, we invite you to contact us by phone or email to communicate it. The reimbursement of the order will take place only after the same has returned to our warehouse, once the integrity of the goods once verified. The return shipping costs will be at your expense, equal to € 15.00.

5. The Customer acknowledges that the withdrawal of the product is his precise obligation deriving from the purchase contract. In the event of non -delivery for the absence of the recipient to the address specified in the order form, after two delivery attempts, the package will be "in stock". In the event of non -withdrawal of the product within five working days from the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order consequently canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. The contract must be made, the reimbursement of the total amount will take place possibly paid by the Customer, deducted the costs of the delivery of the product that was not successful and the return costs (equal to € 15.00 total). The termination of the contract and the reimbursement amount will be communicated to the customer by e-mail.

6. In the case of return, the outward shipping costs will remain at your expense. Only the amount of the goods will be refunded. Please do not postpone products without first having contacted us.

7. It is not possible to take any responsibility for any missing goods within a package,
if they were present in the DDT (transport document) and in the commercial document.

Reimbursements are possible, by the shipper, if with insured shipping. The costs for the starting shipment and the duty for import are not refundable. The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the article, except for different agreements.

As already reported in "Termini & Conditions" The liability is the responsibility of the customer/recipient once the order is sent.

Assistance and packaging

In case of return to assistance, to avoid inconveniences it is necessary and we recommend the original packaging but if it is not available it must still be prepared in equal way therefore with double rigid corrugated cardboard for the outside and well padded inside (so That the product is not in contact with the external walls of the cardboard and remains well fixed inside even shaking it forcefully) to avoid any damage during the transport handling, which due to the inadequacy of the packaging would not be covered by the insurance.
